Assembling the Gigabyte computer
Our mission on workstation installation was to assemble a computer. We were divided in two groups. One group had more expensive and powerful computer and the other had a little cheaper one. Our group got the cheaper one.Getting started
First we started with unpacking. We had many different computer parts. We had Antec chassis, AMD FX8350 8-core processor, a motherboard, a blu-ray -driver, 8 gigabytes of RAM-memory and 60 gigabytes of SSD memory.

Assembling the processor
We started assembling the computer by placing the processor and its cooler on the motherboard. There were some problems with getting the processor in its place and we had to use some force in order to get the processor`s cooler in its place.

Next step was to install the RAM-memory to the motherboard. It was rather easy because I had done it earlier pretty many times. There were no problems with it.Motherboard
When we had put the processor and memory to the motherboard, it was time to put motherboard in its place inside the chassis. We opened the chassis simply by turning some screws and pulling the handle.When we had screwed the motherboard to the chassis, we noticed that there were screws inside the computer that we hadn`t noticed. Because of that we had to assemble the motherboard again. Now when we had the right screws, it was easier to begin assembling stuff. And that`s all what we had time to do.

ICT-fair 22.4.2015
On wednesday 22.4. we went to ICT-fair in convention center in
Helsinki. First we listened to a lecture about information security. It
was pretty interesting.
There were many different companies that offered all kinds of free stuff and information about their companies. For example I got a bag and many brochures.
We wandered around the area and listened a little bit of the lectures. We also talked with entrepreneurs about their companies.
I think my day at the fair was interesting and fun.
